In 2014, Toyota Vietnam system had more than 38 dealers distributed in the North, Central, and South. Each agency owned a separate website, so the brand identity and product information are not identical. Therefore, the desire of Toyota Vietnam is to synchronize the website by building a centralized management system for convenient information management.

DESCRIPTION

Toyota's website system included website toyota.com.vn and 32 websites. The content on the website of each dealer was divided into two groups: the content from Toyota Vietnam was automatically updated by the system and the content was entered by the agency staff. Each website was arranged with tools such as Cost Estimates, Test Drive Registration, Financial Assistance to help users in making purchasing decisions.

After two years of operating the system, dealers are very satisfied with the solution provided by change INTERACTION. Now they no longer bother to update product information, prices as well as specifications when something changes, thereby reducing the time and operating costs of the company.
