Presented in Vietnam in 1995, Abbott is a leading healthcare company, specializing in research, development, manufacturing and offering high-quality health care products and services in the field of nutrition, pharmaceuticals, diagnostic and therapeutic equipment for all Vietnamese. Abbott decided to accompany Change INTERACTION to promote two products: Similac Gain Plus and Grow G-Power for children from 1 to 6 years old.
With the Abbott Similac product campaign promoting brain development for children aged 1 to 3 years old, Change INTERACTION created an interactive platform with parents from online to offline - called software IQ Academy. This was a place for parents and children to learn, explore and develop together. Using multimedia communication: Online, iOS App, Events, reality TV ..., Abbott's campaign answered the question of how to prepare for their children to learn and develop.
Regarding the Vietnam height project - G-Power for children 3-6 years old, Change INTERACTION planned to launch the product with a multimedia platform from offline to online to boost campaign’s awareness and participation nationwide. In addition to building an online informative website to provide the necessary knowledge for the height development of children, Change Interaction also organized an online contest for parents to self-learn about combined nutritional care and exercise to enhance the height development for children.
Both campaigns were successful beyond Abbott's expectations. The number of retail products and distribution channels increased, along with the increase in product brand awareness.
