Introduction
Shell Vietnam collaborated with Change Interaction to design the website, conceptualize, plan communication strategies, and execute promotional campaigns. This collaboration aimed to enhance the image and awareness of the Shell brand among Vietnamese consumers.
Requirements
Shell has two main customer groups: individual customers and business customers. Therefore, they wanted to highlight these two categories on the website so customers could easily find products and promotional programs suitable for their needs.
Solution
To meet Shell's requirements, Change Interaction implemented the following solutions:
- Separating the two categories "Individual Customers" and "Business Customers" on the official website, helping customers easily access necessary product and service information.
- Developing a website management system, allowing Shell to easily capture customer information.
- Proposed adding the categories "Energy & Innovation" and "Sustainability" to convey positive messages about the brand's production activities and commitment to sustainable development to customers.
Results
- The website was built with a neat design, complete information, and modern interface and features.
- The number of new users accessing the website continuously increased, especially bikers who frequently use lubricant products.
- The online competition organized jointly by Change Interaction and Shell was a resounding success, helping to increase Shell's brand recognition among target customers and generating revenue through lubricant product sales.
